“ALLways Towing Goes Beyond Just Towing Cars: A Heartwarming Story of Compassion and Connection”

You’ve heard the saying: “People don’t care what you know until they know that you care”.

At ALLways Towing we live by it.

Recently an elderly lady called us because her car wouldn’t start. She had this problem over and over and when she had called Triple-A for assistance the technician didn’t properly explain to her the importance of not turning off the car for at least 15 minutes to let it charge up.

So when she returned to her car, it wouldn’t start again. She didn’t know what to do. Thank God she called us at ALLways. And, like we do with many customers we formed a bond and asked her about her situation, we learned that she had recently lost her husband and son! Not only did we get her up and running, but we connected on a personal level and she even invited us to her church.

When we jump-started her car, we made sure to explain the importance of keeping the car running for at least 15-20 minutes to properly charge the battery. Upon checking the battery we confirmed that it was indeed the problem. Since we had formed a friendship, we followed her to the Toyota dealership to make sure she arrived safely.

Sometimes helping our clients becomes an emotional experience that goes deeper than the surface, especially since we had recently lost our own brother Trenton. Even though this isn’t something we do every day, it was a powerful connection and we were glad to help.

Needless to say we didn’t charge the poor little old lady.

That’s just the right thing to do.
